By accessing or using RadioMe ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RadioMe provides access to internet radio streams from third-party sources. We aggregate and organize radio stations but do not own or control the content broadcast by these stations.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
  • One person may not maintain multiple accounts

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Scrape, crawl, or spider any content from the Service
  • Use automated systems to access the Service excessively

5. Premium Subscription

  • Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the billing period ends
  • Refunds are provided in accordance with applicable law
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice

6. Intellectual Property

The RadioMe name, logo, and app design are our trademarks. Radio station content is owned by respective broadcasters. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that streams will be available. Radio station content may change without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RadioMe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
